Rest assured, we know what it’s like to need low-carb keto friendly recipes that don’t compromise on taste. That’s why I brought together this collection family’s favorites. All of these hyper Ketosis Diet recipes were designed to be excellent keto options for you, while still making it easy to stick to your grocery budget.
🛒 Ingredients:
🥬 1 package fresh spinach (142g), chopped
🥚 1 cup egg whites or 4–5 whole eggs
🧀 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
🌰 1 cup almond flour
🧁 1 tsp baking powder
🧅 5–6 green onions, finely chopped
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan. Add green onions and cook for 1–2 min. Add spinach, cook until wilted (2–3 min). Season with salt & pepper. Let cool.
3️⃣ In a bowl, mix egg whites, spinach mix, almond flour, baking powder, feta. If too crumbly, add a splash of water or oil.
4️⃣ Form into 6 biscuit shapes or drop spoonful’s onto the tray.
5️⃣ Bake 20–25 mins until golden on the edges.
6️⃣ Let cool slightly & enjoy! 😋
